What we collect
- Account info (name, email, company, role) when you apply for a seat or book a demo.
- Learning progress (lessons completed, time-on-lesson, assessment results) for enrolled users.
- Basic analytics (page views, referrer, device) via PostHog.
- Error telemetry via Sentry.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't use learner data to train third-party models.
- We don't share learning progress with employers without explicit consent.
Data processors
We use a small set of infrastructure vendors: Anthropic (AI tutor), Railway (hosting), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error tracking). A current sub-processor list is available on request for enterprise customers under DPA.
Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@rugvailabs.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have full GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
